dragonball z bt 3 slow fps

hi guys
i have a problem regarding running the game dbz bt 3 
pc spec
intel core 2 duo q8400 2.6 ghz
motherboard g41 zebronics
ddr 3 4gb ram
don't have a graphic card
how can i run the game at 40 to45 fps  to the very least
any settings or advice

actually, this :

leads to a simple conclusion :

either you get a decent PC, or you simply keep playing on your real PS2 console.
that machine won't cut it whatever you do

no way i m using pcsx2 0.9.6 with speed hacks and frame skips (settings of frame skip 5120,5159,1, 7) that give me a boost of 40 fps
