for me it's NO the highest stable is DX10 graphic-plug-in

yeah how about the hardware??? ATI already have DX11 card but in Nvidia is still expected in march 2010

it's not, it's just the DX10 path with some extra checks and a bit of unstable code. it's not meant to be used nor is it providing any gain over the DX10 path.

well direct x 11 is only workin with ati , but sry i dont know about the direct x 11 thing on pcsx2

Well ... According to Microsoft, DirectX 11 should be a perpendicular support/upgrade, which means all DX10 compatible cards will be available to use DX11, regardless on NV or ATI cards.

No they can't.
The DX11 API will be on the machine provided it's Vista/7, but the cards can't utilize it.
