eVGA GTS250 superclocked not good enough?

WHAT DO I UNDERCLOCK THE CPU OR THE GTS250?I MEAN PC GAMES RUN PERFECT I PLAY SF4,OBLIVION,RAINBOW 6 VEGAS 2,CRYSIS,WORLD IN CONFLICT NO PROBLEM.THE OLD EPSX EMULATOR TOO.ITS JUST I CANT RUN THIS PS2 EMULATOR.SOMEONE TODLME THAT NVIDIA CARDS DONT RUN WELL TOO THAT THE ATI HANDLE THE EMULATION BETTER IS THAT TRUE?

Please don't use caps all the time, it really makes my eyes bleed. And PC games and PSX games aren't the same as running PS2 games, there is a huge difference. And no, nVidia cards works perfectly. The author of GSdx, Gabest, owns a nVidia card but not an ATI card, so nVidia cards "handle" the emulation better than ATI.

Can you take screenshots of your configuration? This might help us better spot the problem, but there's a change your OC is the one at fault here.

Also, be sure that you have no other applications running at the same time which takes up a lot of CPU power, seeing as PCSX2 is highly CPU dependent.
