emulator problem

hi i finaly beat kiingdom hearts chain of memorys and i decided to go play 2 when i get it loaded up ande everything click new game and stuff to starts but then it has no picture only sound unless i pause it then it only shows a picture can someone help me solve this

In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.

• Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
  
• The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  
• Any non default settings you are using.
  
• What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

i have a acer touch schreen laptop a 1.7ghz intel celron Dual core Processed exact kind idr i have intel ® hd graphics and 4 GB memory and 500 GB hard drive im using a ISO (ROM) Windows 8.1 and im using the newest x64 version

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.
