i've installed pcsx2 0.9.6 with latest plugins from may 2009.
whatever configuration i try, i get the same error message (in attachment).

my computer configuration:
Gygabyte GA-P35-S3G
C2D E8500
2GB DDRII OCZ Platinum
Gainward HD4850
...
XPSP2
