1.)w/ that current strength of your processor it runs fair-moderate speed.
2.)2D games mostly at full speed e.g.Disgaea and Harvest Moon(STH),3D games Fair to moderate.

You could get close to full speed or maybe full speed with speed hacks, but other than that it will the the closest you could get to full speed.
It should be good enough though, unless if you want to get full speed with recommended requirements, i'd think you would have to overclock your core 2 duo to at least 3.00 GHZ.

I'd hate to spoil the fun but this thread is worthless to the point of being painful. PCSX2 requirements are entirely dependent on the games you're running. Without knowing that there's no possible answer to the question or poll which has any value to anyone. And for that matter there are still a handful of games which won't run at decent fps on any current desktop computer, no matter how cutting edge.
