failed to load launchelf.cnf

could somebody help me launch my game? the game that i'm trying to play is mega man x7. I tried to launch the game but i get into some modded ps2 software called launchelf. when it got launched, it says, "failed to load launchelf.cnf." plz hlp!

IDK whats it means...launcher.elf is only for extracting your PS2 bios to your FAT32 flash drive and may-do even other uses like copying the PS2 memory card saves to the flash drive, and other executable *.ELF files and not launching a game i think?.....i am very rarely use this homebrew just to transfer saves but it's very time-consuming...

launcher.elf supposed to be in ISO format and you need that to burn it using MagicISO to your black CD-ROM then boot your PS2 to get to the menu...

I havent seen the mentioned error message in the log. Where did you get the error?

Also please rip your game with imgburn and load the game with the inbuilt iso loader (not plugin) instead of reading the disk directly.

It is in the emulation, and I have used an iso downloaded from the internet.
