feature request on upcoming version

there have few features that i found might useful

1. Keys combination for save state
   I guess most users are using joystick/pad to play their games on pcsx2
   when the keys combination pressed :
   pause the emulation, bring up a on screen display that show save state list (with or without preview), navigate with joystick/pad, press a button to load/save
   
   this will quite useful if play with joystick/pad, no more keyboard
   
2. Full screen on secondary display
   option to start fullscreen mode in secondary display

How about a feature that will save your complete config for each game? All plug-ins used and their settings...stuff like that.

sry, but what i said is not the settings/profile
but the game save state

make the game save state just like an ingame save/load
