file could not be created

so im trying to run the game (dragon quest viii journey of the cursed king) directly off the disk and when i try to run it, it says c:\users\admin\Documents\PCSX2\bios\SCPH-70008_BIOS_V12_PAL_200.nvm

i dont know what to do because this is my first time using this and i have all the admin access so any tips?

move your pcsx2 folder to c:\pcsx2.
don't keep it in my documents, program files, or any special windows object.

And finally, right click on pcsx2->run as admin

it still says the same thing except now it just says c:\PCSX2\bios\SCPH-70008_BIOS_V12_PAL_200.nvm

is there anything i need to do in order to configure it properly?

edit: nvm i was able to fix it i had accidently clicked european for my console but its actually american

i dunno the controls for this game since I don't have it.
but you first need to configure your general control by configuring the pad plugin (choose lilypad...)
