final fantasy 10 30-40fps running slow need help

thanks the beta works better. Uhhhm then I tried downloading final fantasy international and did not use cdvdrom instead I choose play ISO when I play FFX international the FPS is now around 48-65. and use speed hacks and somtimes it works very normaly but also somtimes the FPS was low around 48-50. is that normal? and when the game stared(not the cutscenes from the beggining) the game works 100% but when I use the menu or save the FPS goes down to 30.

and another question since the game runs at almost 100% speed (in my opinion im at 90% speed now) can I play the game flawlessly with the right config. please sir i want to play a 100% lawless game. THANKS ^_^
