Try to put in pnach file like this example, I'm not sure it work but it did for me.

This is what I'm using, it worked but you should use this code only after all type of spell available. eg. Arcane magic, Time Magic etc.
Don't use in the beginning of the game when they just sell White and Black Magic. I'm not sure this is the correct way but that how it worked for me.

Anyone here know the patch for lowering the lvl for all the chars in the team? I tried editing the str but it turns out to only be the display on the Party menu and not the core stat itself, since it's based on the lvl + extras from equipments.
But then again, codebreaker.com found an address for it.. not too sure what value to place to nerf it tho :/ If I were to guess, would it be 00000S42 (If I want it to go to 42) but hey, I've got no idea how pnach files work..
This is the code I found on GameFaq, but not too sure whose address it is, if it's Vaan exclusive for str or for the whole party's str.
