final fantasy XII

hello..

whenever i download a XII game file and try to play it , it wont start..

always when i click on the icon the data brings me to "powertogo" and tell me to burn the CD..

why i cant download any FF XII working file for my pcsx2 ???

i want to know how to getting started this game or any game

the controller is working and im using pcsx2 1.1.0 version
