im using the latest pcsx beta and every now and then i hear beeps.... pcsx 9.6 doesnt have that problem but i get small slowdowns time to time instead=((

Try changing the sound plugin.

To fix that slowdown just hit escape then press run - execute.
Usually runs normal after that.

I can confirm that as well works for me when I do it when ever needed.
