An update
Tested in the 0.9.7 beta 3113 with the NTSC-J version of the game. Using gsdx3d 10/11, and all other settings at default.
When ee clamping is set to full, the battle screen shows, but it breaks the menu and loading screen.
When it is normal, battle shows black, but menu works.

Sweet, everything is there now. I guess this game is very likely playable now(tested not perfectly playable, some dialogue box doesn't show though one should be able to play through the whole game), the NTSC-J one anyway.

This game works perfect for me with the plugins update for august.
(GSdx-SSE4-r3623 and SPU2-X-r3618 )
I am using pcsx2-r3113 under windows XP SP3
SLUS 21779 U (using selfmade iso)
PC specs are: CPU Intel C2Duo E8400@3ghz, 2gb ddr3 ram,GPU Geforce 9800 gt 512mb. It works at 60 fps perfectly playable just have some minor graphic issues (showing some shadows around the characters in combat screens but the reason for it may be in my plugin configs and its as i said minor so i didnt bothered to test more.)
The only thing that needs to be done so this game start running is setting in VUs tab clamping mode on NONE.
PS. Sorry for any language mistakes i've done eng is not my primary language.
BIG THANKS TO ALL OF THE TEAM FOR THE HUGE WORK DONE SO THAT EMULATOR BECOME REALITY
