flickering hair in way of the samurai?

I just started the game up and it runs perfectly fine (as far as ive gotten but not really that far) and the main characters ponytail and bangs flicker and disappear off the character as if flickering.

Anyway to fix this?

gsdx on sse41 and all default

gtx 660
i7 4770 @ 3.5
