powered hub ? No I don't have it yet, did you mean it's not getting required power from pc usb port ? well this only happens when playing a game with vibration enabled, else it never happens

Mate is it possible in pcsx2 to always enable analog mode somehow ?

analogue mode should always be enabled, unless the game sets it off.
