fps?

i was trying to play simpsons: hit&run first time and i had a problem.
there's all the time fps 1-10??

my pc haves:
Intel Core 2 CPU 4300 @1.80GHz
2gt RAM
ASUS EAH4830 series

edit: I see there is no mention of what speed processor is needed for each series of processor... none is even mentioned in the readme/F.A.Q. I would guess that your CPU is too slow, you would need something like a 2.6 gigahertz Core 2 DUO processor or faster for reasonable performance in most games.

...you need at least one 2.8GHz TwoCore CPU for most games to run normal.
