and congratulations, 1 - It has nothing to do with site related questions. Moved 2 - how could we know what the problem is if you give us zero info ? Pcsx2 version, plugins config, pc psecs, game you're trying to run, some screenshots to be more explicit, etc... Anything useful...

better use latest beta (0.9.7)
now keep in mind your PC is kinda weak (CPU & GPU) best thing would be to completely change your PC if you want to play those quite demanding games.

no single-core pc will be able to easily run pcsx2 at all. you will need a new pc, and one with at LEAST 2.2ghz per core.
I push my 2.2 to the limit with pcsx2, and so far it's holding out against the 3.x dual core pcs, just not as fast.
