Well, there's nothing wrong with PCSX2 anyway.
We perform various sleep calls in situations where we have to wait for something.
This lowers heat by a huge amount over simply spinwaiting.
I see an average CPU temperature when playing games on PCSX2.
PC games usually add another 15 to 20C to what PCSX2 causes.
