fps problem

hello my fps is at 50 all the time i cannot set it to 60 for some reason and my ee and gs are like 20 all the time im using a top of the range computer so can someone help me

In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.

• Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
  
• The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  
• Any non default settings you are using.
  
• What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

hardwere - intel core 2500k 3.3ghz graphics card nvida 660 gtx memorey corsair vengance 2x4gig windows 8
pcsx2 r5350 newest one
just any game wont reach 60 fps but when i play mmorpgs they are all 60

which games did you actually try ?
which mmorpgs ? the only ones I know on PS2 are monster hunter 1 & 2 and FFXI

Are your games PAL? If so they will onlu ru at 50fps max. NTSC games run at 60.
