fps problem plz help!

Hey, i'm new on this forum but i've been watching it for 3 days now.

So i've got a game called The Sword of Etheria and i wanted to play it but i coulden't. Then i read the pcsx2 guide and i configuered it. And then i could play the game all the glitches were gone, so my only problem now is the fps i can play the game but in slow-mo.

My PC:

CPU: Intel Pentium 4, 3.01GHz 1024MB RAM
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce 9500 GT

Here are my plugins and my Graph Options:

Graphics: GSdc 1873 (MSVC 15.00, SSE2) 0.1.15
Sound: PEOPS SPU2 1.9.0 (i use this sound plug-in because it is better working on this game then the SPU2-X)
Controls: Lilypad svn (r1853) 0.10.0
Cdvdrom: Linuz ISO CDVD 0.9.0
And i use the latest Beta pcxs2.

So please guys tell me why do i run this game slow? Is it because of my CPU or is it the game? Thanks for the help.

Unfortunately, your PC is simply too slow. You need at least a dual core CPU at 3+ghz to play most PS2 games at full speed. Also, your video card is also a tad on the slow side, but it's almost assuredly your CPU that's causing the slowdown in this case.
