plz if u know what should i do TELL ME i would be realy thankfull

You should:

a) Post relevant information like CPU specs and the games you're trying to play in your opening post. This really shouldn't require mentioning when you're asking a performance question.

b) Upgrade your PC.

c) Stop using a laptop as a gaming machine.

d) Not expect most games to run smoothly. Many games emulate well these days, but many more run very poorly still.

Those are what you should do, but I realize that 'shoulds' (b) and © aren't always available options.

Why would you play GTA SA on an emulator, when there's a PC version? It's even prettier on the PC. There's a nasty sound bug though (sometimes sound effects disappear, but reloading the game helps) and you'll have to mess with it a bit to use certain gamepads (keyboard + mouse controls suck), but it'll work gazillion times better than emulated SA.

Same goes for Onimusha 3, there's a PC version. Too bad it's not the case with MGS3. Just upgrade or buy a PS2 if you want to play it.
