framerate too low, can someone help me?

Just a thought. I only noticed just now you said you were getting 50 FPS. If you are, you might be able to boost it to playable by doing this:

Go to our site and download PCSX2 1.0.0. It's older and unsupported, but still compatible with Persona 3, and it's less demanding. Then in that, set EE cyclerate speedhack to 3.

That might get you playable.

when i try to boot CDVD it says runtime error, do you know what this means?

The old PCSX2 build used visual studio 2012, so try installing VCREDIST 2012 x86 http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/...x?id=30679
