general slowness after changing settings

I have the following setup:

Intel NUC w/ Core i7 @ 3.10GHz
16GB RAM
SanDisk 1TB SSD
Windows 10 Pro ver 1803
PCSX2 1.5.0 build 2899
Logitech F710 gamepad

The following settings referred to above produce extreme slowness on my machine from the BIOS onward where there was none before on this game (which used to play just fine).  Matter of fact now all my ISOs are doing the same thing even though I changed the settings back.

Emulation settings - default on everything
GSdx AVX2 Direct3D 11 (Hardware)
Texture Filtering: Bilinear (Forced excluding sprite)
Internal Resolution: 4x Native

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.
