i'v been playing GOW2 for some days now, whenever i try to upgrade athena's blades to level 3 they vanish, i cant attack and i cant load to other parts of the game.
on another note cant save via in game save points.
i cant hold the babarian hammer after defeating him.
can anyone help please.

what happens when you try saving from the in-game save points ? they will work fine.

I gotta say, it kinda sounds like someones been using savestates. What version of PCSX2 are you on and what are your settings in PCSX2?

when ever i try to use the in game save it dosen't save,the omaga symbol appears and stays there forever.

i was using speed hacks but i recently removed all, i'm using ver PCSX2 1.2.1 (r5875) (latest i believe).

on another note now that i've removed speed hacks the game is playing really laggy (the fps dropped to 40fps)

Using a BIOS file with PCSX2 which you have downloaded from the internet or from a PS2 console you do not own is illegal. You must own the console the BIOS file came from (even if it's broken) to be legal.
