hey guys,

I've got a weird bug in God of war II ( i didnt have this bug in God of war I)
i've got the original CD so its not a bugged ISO or something.
when i play God of war II i see a weird black box at my top left corner where there used to be a sword with your health and mana in it.
I have the same thing if i enter my menu, then everything is a box like playing minecraft Tongue
I've been searching alot of forums for people with a familiar problem, but found none.

please help me!!! i'm out of options Sad

Not a bug report... moved.

PCSX2 settings? Plugin settings? screenshots of your problem?
Try with a (Software) renderer in GSdx.
Core i5 3570k -- Geforce GTX 670  --  Windows 7 x64

already tried software, the problem is i dont realy know much about pcsx2

No SVN Build supported.
Try with the latest Offcial PCSX2 0.9.8 r4600.

Do you use any speedhacks, or gamefixes. try disable them.

ok downloaded the newest vers PCSX2 0.9.8 r4600. and tried disabling speedhacks, i didnt use any gamefixes before, problem still remains

hmm. Can you just try switching to DirectX 9 mode(try Hardware and Software Mode) or even the SDL mode should solve the problem.
try enabling some gamefixes, one by one.

do you have any other ideas that might solve the problem Tongue? i dont realy know much about pcsx and plugins and such i tried alot but i just dont know how to solve the problem, i find this realy strange because alot of people play god of war II on youtube but none of them has this problem, i tried their configurations but i didnt help. i do have only 1596.1 MHz i dont know if thats the problem?

Looks to me like it's a weak GPU issue (not enough VRAM? what's your GFX card?), try to use native resolution.
