Hi everyone,
i'm writing here because i had some problems with playing god of war II with pcsx2.
1) when i try to save in a saving point the game crashes, so i solved using emulator's savestates, but now i don't have save datas in-game
2) after the fighting with the barbarian king i recive the hammer, but when i press R2 to use it nothing happens
3) the bigger problem is that, after the fighting, when i try to go forward the game doesn't load, it freeze to the loading screen and avoid me to proceed

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.
Please make sure to enclose your emulog in code tags like so (remove the empty space on the closing code tag!):

what did you use to dump your iso ?
did you get any error when doing so ?

as i said i'm not very practical with this things, a friend did it for me, he said that he used IMGburn and he didn't get errors

can you give a try with your original disc, instead ?

unfortunately the disk is his, and i don't have a dvd reader in my pc.
he tried to bump it another time with another program and after passed me the iso, i started a new game.
now i don't have anymore saving problems, but the frame rate is low.
