graphic plugins not detected

i already downloaded the plugins separately and extracted them into the plugins directory. STILL not detecting graphic plugins, but all others are detected & successfully tested. i am using the new pcsx2 beta 1888.

Update your DirectX, install the VC++ 2008 redistributable if needed.
