gs plugin error

i'm trying to play kingdom hearts but it shows a error about my gs plugin, and i found this a tutorial on youtube but what he does to fix it is already my default settings (https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_conti...e=emb_logo )

Holy crap that build of PCSX2 is old! I've been using it for years and I've never seen Wait Vsync, TV Out, or NLOOP Hack options before. Set up the newest one on this page, then see if your problems go away:

Direct3D9 was removed a while ago, too old and prevented development progress with Direct3D11
