guys afetr my last post i try to run games fast in my computer and i got solution with that thing i not need to use speed hack i disable speed hack and play pcsx2 and i get unlimited fps .use 3d analyze it can give you full speed.

It is software that emulates certain GPU features (like HW TnL), it also can disable certain features too. Honestly it is mainly designed to get around games that require features that auto detect for them and won't allow you to run them on older hardware. All that being said it was really designed for games and systems almost 2 decades old now has a little Directx9 based settings and nothing newer.
