Native will fix the vertical lines I think.

It does but then you go back to the jaggies ;o

If only there was a way to make it auto correct of something. Revert to native only when a cutscene is playing and scale up in game so it looks decent.

you still can switch to software instead of native (F9 key) whenever an FMV starts
It may be slower, you won't get those lines.
