Sounds like your GPU drivers are massively out of date. I'd recommend checking for a new one from nvidia.com

I use Geforce experience, it automatically update my drivers, so "out of date" is not happening.

What is the version of your drivers ?
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go

In that case I would guess PCSX2 is trying to use the onboard intel iGPU instead of your Nvidia card, I would make a profile for PCSX2 in the Nvidia control panel and make sure it is selecting it.
