having problem with memory card

when i load a game, it says there there are no memory card inserted. i checked the memory card tab in and it says its enabled and working.

suggestions?

Try going into the BIOS and format the memory card first.

If using PCSX2 0.9.6 change your plugin to cdvd null then launch the emulator with run > execute and format them, then you can go back to your previous config.
If using PCSX2 0.9.7 beta go into the "CDVD" menu and click on "No disc" then launch the emulator with Boot CDVD (full) and format from there, then you can go back to your old configuration.
