well TLB miss error occur when using cheats so don't use them or get a code which is safe

Do you see something wrong with the codes on the pnach?

btw i get this when loading a quest( on the pcsx2 window)

There are some cheats that pcsx2 just cant deal with...they may work on PS2 but not on pcsx2.

1.From where did you get those codes
2.For what are they...I have absolutely no idea what "HPD v1.1 [MHu]" mean

try starting with 0 and not 2

MHu is likely a community name. like "v3n0m" (the non-piracy one) "LPu" etc

Ohh the codes are to display enemy health bars on MONSTER HUNTER
the codebreaker codes to unlock online quests offline , work fine.
On codebreaker for ps2(on pcsx2) or a .pnach file( on pcsx2).
