You still didn't post which PCSX2 version you are using,your PCSX2 configuration and your plugin configuration.

But from what i see your PC is not good for PS2 emulation,especially the onboard graphics card it has will give you horrible performance.

but the sound is werid slow and bad

EE Cycle x2 speed hack can cause sound problems. Also if you are not getting full speed (60fps for NTSC or 50fps for PAL) sound WILL BE slow since it will match the video speed...

depends on the game, but using time stretching option, and disabling all speedhacks, maybe.
