The Selected GS plug in Failed to load.

reason: The plugin repost that your hardware or software/drivers are not supported.

C:\Games\PS2\PCSX2 0.97\Plugins\gsdx-sse2-r3878.dll

all plugins must have valid selections for PCSX2 to run. If you are unable to make valid selection due to missing plugins or an incomplete install of PCSX2, then press cancel to close the configuration panel.

Ok, Windows XP doesn't have DirectX10, any kind of DirectX10 for XP doesn't work correctly so I advice you to uninstall that if you have it and simply work with the DirectX9 renderer (only one that will work with that card anyway).

You cannot upgrade to DirectX10 on XP, whatever Directx10 thing you have there is a hack and it's probably what's causing problems for you. please uninstall the DirectX10 hack (if you can...) and try again.

Edit: Just as some additional info, you have a slow PC for PCSX2 anyway and it's probable you won't get the desired speed on PS2 emulated games anyway.

Well your GPU suports shader model 2. Did you updated drivers or direct X ?

You could add 1 more GB, 2GB won't improve anything.

ram upgrading wont effect at all ( maybe 3fbs )
what you want to upgrade is cpu and gpu ( graphic card )
and then you can think about upgrading ram here is some things to help you decide
