What is your PCSX2 settings? What's your PC specs? What game?

Generally that error/crash is from using a graphics plugin your CPU can't support. Try using the SSE2 version of GSDx and see if that fixes it.

That's just the plugins you are using, how about the settings under the config menu (graphics, cpu, advanced).
What is your graphics card? try another Graphics plugin like ZeroGS for now and see if you get any better luck or at least a more specific error.

I GO OPEN ELF FILE I CLICK THE ELF FILE (NTSC) AND THEN AN OTHER WINDOW OPENS AND I MUST SELECT A FILE WHAT FILE MUST I SELECT?WHEN I SELECT A RANDOM FILE OF THE GAME THE EMULATOR CRASHES!
