2 - Right click ->run as admin

I'm sorry. I don't intent to spam . Can I use the latest beta ( 0.9.7 ) instead? No more configuration of the older one? ( 0.9.6 )

First, the application ask me to configure the settings of the emulator which is ( number 1 photo )
Then, when I go to the next page which is ( number 2 photo ). I tried every single part of GS but it always shows the notice which is ( Number 3 )

When I click Yes this website show http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/detai...laylang=en and still show the notice ( Number 4 photo )

When I click No, it's just the notice of ( Number 4 photo ) Please help me. Anyone experience my situation when they are first timer. I'm desperate

You need to update your directx which was the "yes" you clicked intended to tell you, and this is why you got the error after clicking "No" because you have yet to update your directx.

Did you run a PC tweak tool, some optimizer, something called TurboGamer?
It looks like a necessary service isn't running and that usually means something disabled it for a placebo speedup.

get the directx redist instead of the dxweb, try right click ->run as admin on dxsetup.exe
