i have vista but for some reason i don have directx.
can someone give me a link that isnt from microsoft lets me install directx ?
whenever i try to download from microsoft it says that it can't connect to the server.
nope, not at all. no microsoft link is working for me. wierd eh?
whats really wierd is that my computer should have directx10 already installed but i think my brother put in nvidia instead when he set up the os.
Your PC does have DX10. Microsoft released an update for DX on march 2009 so you need to have that if you want to use the latest GSDX. As for the "Can't connect to server" thing, you might want to check your antivirus or firewall and make sure that they are not blocking connections from Microsoft.
Nappa: Vegeta! What does the scouter say about his power level?
Vegeta: It's...one thousand and six.
Nappa: Wh-...really?
Vegeta: Yeah! Beat him up Nappa!
Nappa: Yay!
i checked and yeah i havent blocked anything. its even on my trusted sites list and there is zero security on when im on that site. and where is dx10 folder located in a vista os?

that doesn't make any sense at all, DirectX is separate from Nvidia (DirectX is only a rendering API while Nvidia is just a video card company)
