i want to ask about the problems at my laptop
before that, i tell you about specification at my laptop, this is it :

* HP G42 Notebook PC
* Intel® Core™ i3 CPU M380 @2.53GHz (4 CPus), ~2.5GHz
* RAM 2gb DDR 3
* VGA ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470 1gb

i played Neo The Matrix Path still lag, i just got 15-20fps
if i play Eyeshield21: AmeFoot Yarouze! Ya! Ha! (PS2), sometimes the PCSX 0.9.8 become hang, and need to close

can anyone solve this problems ??

Your processor is fair, but still can be slow.
You will often need some Speedhacks to improve speed.

Your GPU is on the weak side,
so keep the internal res low and hope for the best from it.
You should not expect every game to keep full speed.
