MEMORY 4 gb ram
GRAPHIC CARD XFX NVIDIA GEFORCE 8400gs 512mb(not so good )
HARD DISC 1Tb

1.)would you mind download pcsx2 from the official web site and official buildbot(SVN) website
downloaded outside unofficial is a modded and not official and may contains brutal glitches.

2.)maxed-out speedhack can cause fake FPS reading and can break games try set something middle-ranged

C2D at 3.0 Ghz and gddr2 equivalent Video card
Recommended:failed
i5 or i7 at 3.2Ghz and gddr5 equivalent video card
Maximum:failed
i7 Extreme series unlocked by 5Ghz and gddr5 OC edition video card or Nvidia GTX-Ti OC edition and excess of 256-bit bandwidth

and finally your computer is stuck in the Minimun requirement status you may not get guaranteed speeds...don't expect cure on this.

best to try it..we can't determine/experienced what problem you're running w/o trying to run it.

what is your CPU is a P4,C2D,Intel-i or AMD???
