few questions:
1. how likely is it that im using bad plugins or ISO files

i have a few games that work fine all of the time but there are certain ones that boot up fine but only want to run 28-30 fps in game. for example, the sunset scenes in KH where it shows the sun slow down to 20fps, but then back up to 60 when it pans back to the kids. also the Burnout games, the menus are smooth as butter, but it doesnt seem to render in in game textures, dipping down to 30 fps, also shadow of the colossus will boot but never goes above 40fps no matter what speedhacks i use.

2. games not booting

there are a few games where i can get bios to boot and the program will say playable but i get nothing except a black screen, doesnt matter if i use full or fast boot i still get nothing

thx for help in advance im running a lenovo g770
