honestly "jesalvein" i tried but couldnt find the download for directx 11 if you can may you give me a link?

Uh...you do know that the directx update contains updates for all versions of directx, right?
And that MS release a redistributable package every several months, right?
And all you have to do is go to google and type in directx feb 2010 redist package, right?

I find it surprising anyone can find PCSX2 over Google but not DirectX.

Hey, its just so hard to use Google sometimes man. lol. Also, while you're at it you might want to try the latest beta version of pcsx2

Come on, guys! Are you with Intel CPU, because this could be your problem. If not, try GSdx sse2 plugin. Also, update your C++ with 2008 or later version, it causes this type of errors too. Some links:
