help with analog stick issues playing onimusha 2

i have set up pcsx2 countless times fixed any controller issues and the like, and yet i cant for the life of me get my analog sticks working for onimusha 2. It works for any other game but no matter what settings i play around with it just will not work, anyone know a fix or why it just wont work?

Using a BIOS file with PCSX2 which you have downloaded from the internet or from a PS2 console you do not own is illegal. You must own the console the BIOS file came from (even if it's broken) to be legal.
