help with patch?

haha its okay ken. i find it really useful when people debate about something that is relivant to what i am doing. it just saves me time for asking why and what not. But i never knew fuzzymillipede has a save game editor. Is it the final fantasy x one or is it actually any save game editor?

It's the FFX editor indeed, he may have more works I'm not aware about and I know him helping others too. If not yet you should give this little and useful pearl a try.

PS: Actually it is because knowing his work and helpfulness I'm willing his support in warning people about the dangers from installing games in those folders, that proved many times being so problematic and cause of most strange issues and headaches.

EDIT**
don't know what i did but it worked =] i just kept fiddling with the enabling cheat and it finally worked Tongue sweet! =]
EDIT END**

hmm... okay thanks for that pointer about the destination for installing my games. fuzzymillipede is a pretty sweet guy for doing all that, helping and creating programs for others to use.

I have another question, maybe i should post this in a new thread or a new section but i'm not too sure where this one would go, and i think putting it in this post would maybe save the site from a lot of threads? Tongue anyways!

issue:
so i have gotten the .pnach to work on my pcsx2 but the issue is it seems that my cheats arn;t working after the 1st one is registered. for example cheat 1 is added then cheat 2, 3, 4 etc... doesn't work. any tips? or could it just be the cheats i am using that isn't compatible with the game

i am not sure how to do the code thing... so i'll just copy and paste... lol

Well I am glad that you find my programs useful. What are those codes supposed to do?

xxxxx xxxxx(cheat 1)
aaaaa aaaaa(cheat 2)

I don't know where your PCSX2 directory is, but you need to have a folder called "patches" in there. That is where the cheats go. Once you have the folder working, you should set it as the home directory for my patch editor. When pasting codes into the patch editor, you must have one line per code. Once the program reads a code from a line, everything else on that line gets commented out.

For example,
1054A146 0000567Ccheat 1

will become

patch=1,EE,1054A146,extended,0000567C //cheat 1
