i play ''here comes the pain''. in single player it works very good. but when more player comes in then the works very slowly. please tell me the solution.

can any ps2 game run 100% successfully with emulator ?

yes, many of them.
but according to your PC specs (found them in my crystal ball) none will play full speed.

Slowdown isn't a bug, don't have a crystal ball ;C, but I can tell you that if additional models in game causes lag, you have probably too weak GPU. It's pretty common that 2 player mode is twice as demanding as single player in games where character model is more demanding than whole rest of the stage/displayed graphics which usually is the case of fighting games and such.
