You can also test if this is present in software mode (toggling with F9).

I'm not sure about what is meant with "crt" unless that interlace effect is being associated with cathode ray tube. Well,the picture points to interlace, if so it may be changed for the session clicking F5 a few times till finding the most comfortable method to you.

Alternatively you can definitely chose the method from the GS plugin.

Sorry I can't identify the image or the parameters on the title bar since it seems ti be in full screen.
