how can i make that the fps is shown when i take snapshoots?
or is there any way of doing it?

just use FRAPs for making screenshots:

The Trial version is free and can take screenshots as BMPs. You can set to include the frame rate overlay in the picture

EDIT:
Ah right before I forget, an important note. If you play in Windows Mode and take a screenshot then the game will pause until you select the PCSX2 window again. This will not happen in Fullscreen Mode and also it was on older version of PCSX2. I haven't tested the latest Betas yet.

Aren't the FPS always visible in the title bar of the screen? No matter the graphics plugin used? And in ZeroGS you can turn an additional FPS counter on...
