how do i get a bios legally???

i am puerto rican so give me a simple and easy explanation and i do not know much about computers so give me easy instructions with as less abreviations as possible

Go buy a god damned PS2 and pull out the BIOS from it.

The only legal way to obtain a BIOS is from your own PS2, using one of numerous methods. Google around if you're not sure how to do it, there are also guides linked in the Config Guide

Why not? I have a PS2 yet I play my games on PCSX2 these days. Assuming everyone uses PCSX2 to play pirated games without owning a PS2 is very, very wrong.
