hi, i need to know if i can go above 30 FPS with my current specs and if i can't what did i need to upgrade
My Specs:
Processor: Intel Celeron® Dual-core Cpu T3300 2 GHz
Ram : 3GB
Graphics card: Mobile Intel® 4 Series Express Chipset Family
OS: windows 7 64 bit

You might get 60fps in a few very low demanding games, in any mid/high demanding game you would get horrible fps. Both your cpu and gpu would need an upgrade. You could check out the following thread on games that are easy to emulate.

you can't upgrade that laptop anymore.
get the all-new and latest modern aged laptop.(e.g.2nd gen Core-i and HD6xxx)

CPU-'s a bit weak but OK for some mid -range games. GPU_ you might/have to change to play any modern or/ good games. Intel Mobile Series or any Intel Card are not very good You Know. You may use some speedhacks though to get a fps boost!
